Hi there Amber, I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your payback but do not worry as I will look into this for you. After looking at your account I can see that you have sent many sims out in the past however I can assure you that we do not have a record of 57 members activating a sim sent from you. I can see that two of your recruits activated however you would have had the opportunity to receive payback in December 2011. Unfortunately Amber as you did not select a payment option this would have been rolled over until June 2012 however if it was not redeemed in this period it would be donated to charity automatically. your site was not letting me choose my payback as its saying ive no recruits and i have 57,you susspeneded it so i could not get paid i need a manger to look at this its alot of money and your coming up with excuses to not pay me,i am making complaints with the relevant peopl.
