The adapter I ordered in September arrived in a week, but it was broken. Now I struggle to send it back, but the company doesn't answer my emails or phones.
During the last discussion on the phone, we agreed on what to do to return the damaged product. After 2 weeks, I am still waiting for the pre-paid laber to send the adaptor back.

I too have an order placed since a week and havent received it. I got the shipment tracking number the same day, but USPS doesnt have any data about that tracking number.
Which number did you call to reach them? -

Dave, Genuine Batteries sent me the product I ordered, but it was broken. Now, it is impossible for me to return it: the company refuses any kind of communication with me. I sent a complaint to BBB. I am waiting for an answer.
