First I was asked to sign up for free and then I found that, somehow, I was charged $99 in the process, not once but twice. I telephoned the company and they reversed one of the charges. Then I acutally won an auction and paid $12.98 for the product, which included shipping. That was almost a month ago--still no product. I have called and e-mailed numerous times and am always told to be patient--they are backlogged. I have a shipping number now, but that thas been available for weeks--still not product.

- It looks like it is a long way to get your money back, and just one click to lose your money for nothing, absolutely nothing. If you gambled, at least you do have the feeling for it, either you are doubled or lost all, but in this case, you will never win and have to fight real hard to draw the money back. This is a TOTALLY SCAM.
