Recieved a call at work from a man named Gary Parker with a thick accent. He stated that I was going to be arrested for wire fraud, bad checks etc...supposely for a payday loan that was given to me. I told him that I never borrowed any money from Cash Advance Usa, he begin to curse and threaten me. I hung up, but he began to call my job every 2 minutes and also called anyone he could contact in my office cursing at them. My lawyer attempted to contact him, but he hung up on her.I tried to file a police report, but no money had been removed from my account. The police said they would ivestigate the number and name I provided and get back with me.
