Same problem others had. Sent in order and payment completed. Received email stating ID's would be sent out in the next few days and received in 6-9 days but 3 weeks later, still nothing and won't respond to emails. Don't bother to order. Just a rip-off. And I'm an individual, not a company or website or a competitor.

  • Not a false report. Please see shots of the message sent by DelawareFakes. And as I said, I'm an individual, not a competitor nor a scammer. Just someone who wanted what I ordered.

  • Here's my other message, which I received from them:

    Hi,

    The fee is usually only $10, it varies based on your location where you send the money from.

    This email is confirmation that we received your payment info email.

    Your payment should be fine unless we contact you stating otherwise.

    We will be mailing our customers IDs in batches every few days as the payments clear.

    Your order should arrive in 6-9 days, if your order doesn't arrive exactly in that time frame, wait a couple of extra days before emailing us.

    Try to only email us with important questions or order queries, some people email us unnecessary questions that are answered right on our website.

    Important emails keep our email response time quicker.

    We set that email up so customers who already sent payment can contact us quicker, that way your emails don't get mixed in with people's emails who are placing orders.

    Make sure that you check your spam folder for emails from [email protected] (if you emailed us and are awaiting a response).

    Some email companies mistakenly place our emails in peoples spam folders.

  • DelawareFakes, if you spent as much time answering your emails as you did on these complaint boards, you would already have answered the 4 emails I sent you about my order. Sent them to [email protected] but alas, you have never responded nor have you sent out my order. I wouldn't be here if you delivered the product you claim to. I wish it weren't true but YOU are the scammer.

  • If I ever get my order, I will be absolutely certain to come back on here and say so and sing your praises, except for the timing, as you wouldn't have shipped your orders out in anything close to the timeframe you advertise.

    IF I ever get my order, I will be graceful about it and overlook you calling me a liar, a phony, and a scammer. If I DON't ever get my order, then my complaint stands.
