I signed up for a trial package from Eyepothesis, which is a cosmetic company. When the trial never arrived, I went online and cancelled the account on 09/04/2012. On 10/03/2012, they took $78.41 out of my account which caused checks to bounce. When I called them, I spoke with 2 different representatives who said that because I didn't send back the package, that they charged me. I explained over and over that I didn't have a package to send. They said they could refund me $45.00 and re-ship the package. I told them that I no longer want the package that I don't want to do business with them at all but they wouldn't process the refund. They also refused to put a supervisor on the phone.
