I received a letter requesting $218 for an Annual Business Registration for my LLC. It has a P.O box from LA. There is a CA seal on it and an LLC # that does not match the one assigned to my business. NO phone number. Thank goodness I googled this and found out it is a scam. Small business in CA---please beware!!! DO NOT PAY!!
