I was dealing with a Daniel White at US Certified. I paid them $6881 to modify 1 mortgage and close out another mortgage.Daniel stated that Bank Of America wanted 485.00 up front to pay off my late fees,then another $1000 to BOA and then $1375 and Carrington wanted $2200 then $720 to bring my account up to date. their cost was $1100. I am now about 6mos. behind in my fist mortgage they have closed my escrow account for my taxes and I have to pay them on my own. I as I am sure others out there in the USA economy today am not the only one who fell for this scam.. Please help me get back the money that is owed to me real soon I have no money to pay my 1st mortgage because of them. I feel I should more money back that what I sent them because the are gaining interest on my money.

Thank you for your backing. I agree we need to do something about this type of scams. I did call a lawyer. I think we also need to go after not only the company but all the people like Daniel White and his coworkers... I just hope by reporting them they return our money. I am now $7000 in debt and I could have used that money to continue paying my 1st mortgage.

- We are in the same boat for 2288.00. We also worked with Dan Smith, Adam Kennedy, and Richard. We have already filed complaints with the Attorney Generals in both California and New York as we live in CNY. I want every penny we paid and I want damages. I agree with Susan. Everyone should go after the company as well as Dan White, Adam Kennedy and Richard and anyone else that others had contact with. Shame on me for trusting them. Their phones were working 10/19/12 as my husband left Adam a voice message. I want these people behind bars!!!
