We paid Paradise Dream Tours for a cruise for two during the week starting with Valentine's day. When we arrived at the ship we found that our trip was not booked. The ship required that we purchase two additional tickets if we wanted to sail, because they had no knowledge of us. In telephone calls and in e-mails Paradise Dream Tours admitted that they failed to make the bookings, but to date they have not refunded us the $798.00 we paid them. At this time they are not answering my calls and responding to me.
