I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR YOUR LOAN SERVICES I DID NOT AUTHORIZE PAYING ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH REQUESTING A LOAN. I REQUESTED A REFUND OF MY $30.00. WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD ONLY RECEIVE A REFUND IF I APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN AND IT WOULD BE REFUNDED WITHIN THE INTEREST ON THE LOAN. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE AND I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE FCC & BBB. ADDITIONALLY, I AM FILING A CLAIM WITH MY BANK DISPUTING THESE CHARGES. I SPOKE WITH CASSANDRA EMPLOYEE ID 436
