I receive a refund in my bank account for 300.00,or so I thought; not knowing that it was from a pay day loan, because I never filled out for one. Now they are debiting my account. I called them and ask did they verify any information on the application and they told me I lived and worked at a place I did last year, I explain to them that I never filled for this loan and who ever approved it should have verified that the information was incorrect, like my work place and address. I don't work at the place on the application, so they dropped the ball on this and should be responsible for not following their own procedure. She also said that I applied for a loan last year, this 2012 really!!
