Long story short i bought a Mahindra Tractor off of this company and with it i also bought the following. A loader, a back blade, a grapple bucket and a toothbar. The loader when ordered from the factory comes with a grill guard. I didnt recieve it until i took him to court. The grapple i ordered i still have not recieved. Instead i got a temporary grapple which is the complete opposite of what i paid for at the purchase date. I've been cussed out, hung up on, avoided etc about this issue. Jeff Bull is a fraudulant business owner. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau to no avail as he refused to respond. I have filed with the Federal Trades Commision. Same thing.. no response. And i recentley filed a formal complaint to the west virginia attorney general's office who couldnt do anything because everyone involved responded except for Jeff Bull. Mahindra USA refused to help as well stating that it needed to be dealt with by the dealer. I asked for a full refund and was told absolutley not. So now im stuck with a tractor i hate all because of a grill guard that was FREE... and because as a consumer i wanted to know where my grapple bucket was. How dare me.. i know right. Anyway i feel as if i am $31,400 in the hole now. Thanks Mahindra.
