I purchased a sample from their company website and I received shipment of $49.95 product fifteen days later. I contacted the company by phone and was informed that when you originally ordered the 2-pack sample, you were automatically enrolled in the program which ships you out a full order. I returned the item (before they sent an e-mail telling me how to send the product back , which took my time and money to do) but they said they have not received it and will not refund my money until they do. I suspect that I never will be given back my money. I use the internet to order many things and have never had a problem before. I learned i lesson this time!!!!!!!!
