Like the others who have filed complaints against this company, I had an unauthorized deduction of $30 from my checking account. When I called the phone number on the "check," I was told that I was "pre-approved" for a payday loan and the $30 was the application fee. I told the customer service representative that I did not want nor need a payday loan and that I wanted my $30 refunded back. The representative told me the only way that I could get my $30 back was to complete the loan process. I told her I did not want to complete the loan process, I wanted my $30 back. She said she couldn't do anything. I contacted my bank and the money is already back in my account.
