My credit card was charged after I did not send the product back or cancell in time. When I realized it was only 14 day trial and charged my card I called right away. \customer service sent me confirmation emails of my cancelled order and told me to send the product back with the RMA number. I sent both the excelatrim and the colon cleanse back via canada post which cost me an additional $30 something dollars once buying the envelopes and postage. Now a month later and they are saying they still have not received my order back in the warehouse and they will not credit me my money back.. So now I have paid for the product I no longer have and they are trying to blame this on canada post, usps and canada customs...
total scam....
