A Mexican accent man calling himself Joshua Solomon who says his employee ID is 10795 from US financial resources claims I qualify for a grant from some application I never did online and wanted $3.87 for some "legal confidential documents" that I can fill out in order to get my grant money. Sounds like a scam to me! Grants do not cost the receiver anything!
