I placed an order on the website. The money was withdrawn from my account but the order was never shipped. They won't answer emails or respond to a "support ticket" that has been opened despite repeated attempts to contact them. Phone line doesn't work.

Zack,you are a liar,in 18 of june 2010 I bought 2 pairs of shoes and now I have not the shoes,I have not my money.I have sent kixcome a lot of mail,I called telefhone,nothing,nobody answered me.I have 4 tickets opened(627232,411249,111890,107606)
