I attempted to buy runescape gold from this website and asked for assistance. After having a chat they said the gold provider was not online so they would email me when the provider would log on. After about an hour and a half, I had another chat in which I asked them if the provider had logged in and they wouldn't answer. I then proceeded to attempt another chat but refused to answer me.
