The goods ordered have not arrived. They were ordered on 18th September and the order was acknowledged by e-mail. I have been unable to contact the company despite numerous phone calls and messages.I do not have the address of the company. I have tried to ring paypal but am unable to get through without a code number. I fear I may also have incurred a large telephone bill by constantly trying to get through to paypal.
