was online craigslist searching for an apple ipad2. In one of the adds was a side link electronic site with low priced name brand items. I was hesitant but they had online support so i click and asked several question for example are all your products real and authentic, they replied yes of course. Still skeptical i checked on the payment options because they had a paypal icon list i registered and placed an order but when i proceeded to checkout paypal wasn't available. so i click the online help and asked "why"? they said "because they have had some dis honest people in the past which have used paypal but then wanted a refund after using the product, then they later said "pay this time with western union and your next purchase can be with paypal" so i agreed, i ordered a 4th generation ipod 32GB for $140 + $40 S/H. they even confirmed payment on the site when they received it. A few days later they emailed me stating that customs have the item but unfortunately they are charging a $100 customs fee. at this point i demanded a refund but they refused because the item was already in customs. At this point didnt want to go any further but the online support said that if i didnt pay within 3 days that customs would confiscate it and neither one of us would ever see it again. So sent the hundred and they email stating they received the payment and will proceed to ship it when customs clears it. which brings me to today where they emailed me again staing that there was an issue and the item was damaged coming from custom and they need to order another from there manufacture which will take another 7 days. im so upset right now!!!
