I was sent a check in the mail, to be used to complete 2 tasks as a mystery shopper. I was given the contact person's name and phone #. He told me to deposit the check and then call him back for details on the job assignments. The first assignment was a western union transaction totaling $976.00. The second transaction was buying $70.00 worth of stuff at a local Walmart store. I completed both jobs and called the contact person. As I completed the jobs on a Friday evening, he told me to just fax in the receipts on Monday. On Monday morning I got a notice from my bank that my account was negative due the check being returned. I called the contact person, who stated that I didn't do the western union job correctly; however, after providing him the details, it was the western union representative that left off information. I got this straightened out and called the contact person again. He stated that the money should be returned to my account within 12 hours. I have been calling their # nonstop and no answer now.
