I have been chareged on my account £21.00 per hor for using my phone over the tarrif limit.
My over use only seems to have occured since i have lowered my limits. Although over many years i have never used my limit or been near it since trying to lower my bill i have been charged about five times more a figure that matches the time i have left on my contract, i would like to buy out of the contract but i hear it would cost £300.00 odd as i should only pay £27.00 per month, I have asked 02 how they justify £21.00 per hor but have not recieved a satisfactory answer. I hope it is pssible to have this practice halted.
