ON 10-07-12 I RECEIVED A NUWAVE PRO OVENS{TWO}MY WIFE DIDN'T LIKE THEM SO WANTED TO RETURN SAME.I ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL THEM ,BUT ONLY GOT SALES INFO. COMMERCIAL.& THEN AFTER SERVAL MIN. A HANG UP. I SENT TWO EMAILS TO THE COMPANY REQUESTING INFO ON RETURN PROCEDURES. GOT NO ANSWER.I THINK THE OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING & THAT IS A POORLY RUN BUSSINES.THE PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT THE FOLLOW UP IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER.I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A THING FROM THEM AGAIN.
