I was charged $2.50 on my debit card and I have another pending charge of $39.95. I called the number listed on my bank statement and got a company named ourhelp.com. They told me that I had subscribed to Lifestyle Deals Now. I went to the Lifestyle Deals Now website and it was a website I had never been to. It sells diet pills and detox pills. I went back to ourhelp.com and told the representative that the charges were fraudulent and that I would take legal action if the charges were not removed. She checked and said that the charges had already been removed. I guess the first representative must have removed it. However, since it takes 7-10 days to see if the money has been refunded, I have no way of knowing if it has been removed. Therefore, I will have to go to my bank and cancel the card. Someone has gotten my number somehow, probably from someone who works in a legitimate company. You can't trust anyone these days. You even have people who work in hospitals and clinics selling your personal credit card numbers and social security numbers.
