im 15 and i paid £93 for a pair of shoes, now they say i haven't bought nothing off them, and my account was deleted so i couldnt do nothing about it, i emailed them and they just said i must have bought them from a different site, but it was them :(

- Then they emailed me saying i didn't buy them off their site, but after i bought them i print paged it just in case of something happening, i emailed because my account was deleted and they say i hadnt bought anything off them, but i obviously did and i have proof that i did :(
