I ordered 2 free samples with postage to pay which cost a total of £6.04.When i received my credit card statement they had took the sum of $198.00 out of my account without my authority. I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS TO THE ADDRESS I WAS GIVEN but of course i havent had a reply to any of them.Has anybody any suggestion on how i can retrieve my money.p/s I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED ANY OF THE CREAMS IM SUPPOSED TO HAVE ORDERED.
