She refuses to hand over my adopted dog at the fee of $100. After several attempts to contact her she is reacting profanely and dismissing my attempts to collect my adopted dog. She now insists that the "foster mom" not hand over my dog leading me to believe I am the victim of a scam and that the dog is no longer in either custody.

I am the "foster mom" that WAS fostering the dog Ali is referring to. The only thing that Megan is guilty of, is being an awesome person who wanted to save the life of the dog Ali is talking about. Megan found me to foster the dog because Ali could not take him before he was going to be put to sleep. She drove him to me, over an hour a way, and kept in contact to help with anything I might have needed.
After working out a few issues, which had nothing to do with Megan, Ali now has the dog and they are doing fine. This should have NEVER been posted and Megan was only being a good hearted person. "the foster mom" -
