This company deceived me into thinking I was talking to Apple Support. First I was told I had a virus on my IMAC and that it wasn't an IPAD problem. I was told that my support was expired and for 199. I could have unlimited 2 year support. I was also told the support that I had didn't cover virus problems anyway! My problem turned out to be just a setting problem in my IPAD. I was transferred to a tech person after they took my money I was told my IMAC didn't have a virus. I am awaiting to hear from QA if I will be charged.
