Charges of $16.99 (!) appeared two months in a row which I would never agree to!!!! After a call, they finally removed one $16.99, but would not remove the previous $16.99 even tho it was very recent. I think it is critical for people to go to Small Claims Court for these pesky (but legal?) tricks by companies, just to get attention and reversals.
