Chirs "Waters", or "Hamilton" or "Wimberly" using various names, representing himself as Attorney, he isno where to be found in hte State Bar file. He gives you many solutions to your situation, takes your $$$$, then disappears.....does not respond to emails, phone calls, does not send you his work adress or corresponding info. So I still dont really know who this individual is. I do know that he likes to play in the Craigslist discussion board in Legal Forum, cant miss his handle rude, vile and insulting....he is on it all the time....
