This company took $30.00 in unauthorized charges on my account - I called and spoke to a Tony - Agent 295 - he was VERY RUDE - said wait 30 for my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up me. I called back and spoke to an Alice - Agent #359 and she was just as DUMB as him - I asked what country I was calling and I was told Los Angeles Nevada - lmao - really - she advised me to call back in 5 business days for the results of an internal investigation. BUT to let me know that I was approved for a $1,500 loan if I wanted to finish the process (which I never started) that the $30 will go towards the finance fees - OMG these people are REJECTS
