I purchased 2 items totalling $50.
Two payments were taken and i was assured i would be refunded on 17 October 2012.
I was provided an incorrect tracking number and infomration varied as to when i would receive my items.
I have not received items and i have not receivde refund. I am unsure a to how i can reclaim by funds toalling $100
