I ordered a pair of shoes from this site too. I did get an email from the person when I told them I needed a tracking number. The person said it would be 12/15 days before I would get my shoes. It has been longer than that. Like other's the payment was from China. I did keep the email address. If anyone else wants to try and email them. I will be checking with the payment company to see if I can get a refund.
