On 04/19/2012 I purchased a car from Dick Hanna Acura in Portland and as part of my package deal they said I could get the remote-start feature installed for free by Car Toys.

The remote start constantly malfunctioned and on 10/03/2012 Car Toys removed the modules and refunded Acura.
I am asking Acura to at least refund me for the retail price of the remote start that Car Toys charges, $ 699.00, plus the cost of the key since a key is required to put remote start in my car $ 214.28 so I can take that amount to a company who can install it properly.

Acura says they will only refund me their cost to Car Toys, around $350.00 total.

As another option I asked Dick Hannah Acura if they would pay for the remote start by a different company who can install it properly at a greater cost. Amy at Dick Hannah Acura of Portland said they will not do that and my only option is to take the $350.00 from them as compensation.

They said they would give me remote start if I bought the car. The least they can do is refund me the retail cost of the remote start from cheapest place around, which is $913.28.
