i have a gone through a total of 3 phone in the past year...two in which where defective and they keep charging me to exchange the defected phone and now I can't even get a loaner phone without having to pay another $50.00!!! And to top it off I'm loosing business because I have no phone and even if I get loaner phone I can't get access to the web but I'm still paying the same for web connection and the only way out ...so they say it to upgrade. WOW!!!! Is this a scam or what??? T MOBILE!
