Fast again pc promised my to fix my computer for free, saying that if all virus' were not corrected my computer would crash and would be unable to fix. From the time they told me it was free it then went up to $250, then $600. I had by this time demanded to talk to a boss who had a accent I could not understand. He gave me his name and phone #, everytime I try calling it is a busy signal. We ended up having a verbal battle because I wanted my money back, and he hung the phone up on me. THIS IS A RIP OFF, PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS! I'M HEADING TO MY BANK THIS MORNING TO MAKE SURE NO MORE TRANSACTIONS GO THRU AND HOPEFULLY CANCEL THE EXSISTING BILL!
