On the 28 September an amount of £5.86 was taken from my credit card. I e-mailed ziinga and enquired why this was as I had not recieved anything. No response.
Today 7 November I was checking my statment and found that there were a further 3 payments taken. I contacted the company and they said this was for a premium membership, but they couldn't find my account as they had the incorrect e-mail for me (Personal Information Removed) which is not my e-mail the correct e-mail is (Personal Information Removed) . I was getting nowhere with the company so contacted the Virgin's unrecognised transaction department who werent very helpful all they did was put me back through to the company I had just spoken to. After a very frustating phone call and again getting nowhere we tried to log into the ziinga account they said we had and we were not able to log on they gave us a new username and again have been unable to log on no matter what user name they gave us.
