I ordered pills 2 tubs,1 of each.Idecided not to try them as i have h blood press& verge type 2 diabetese.
i returned the pills uopened in the same envelope I received them in ,showing the address in Ireland, and and my address on the reverse side.
They said they never received them, and they were not returned to me ,so who has them?????.
Then they said I had not done as they told me in their advert, reg returns.
They then took the amount stated from my bank account.
I emailed them time and time again, but all they said was"send copy of returns note,(which I have got, but mislaid it).WHICH I know I will find when it is too late.I have put it somewhere safe ,but have forgotten where the safe place is.
Do they really think I would have said I have returned them if I had not, and if I had known what the consequences would be.
I am still banging my head against the wall, for being so stupid and not realising this was a well thought out
If you ever find a way around all this ,please let me know.
Yours sincerely,
w kitchen.
