I noticed back in Aug that there was a deposit of $200 made to my account without my knowledge or approval. When I first called on Aug 14th they told me that they would remove this since it wasnt listed on my address and from another state. As of 11/8/12 they are still taking the money out of my account and refuse to do anything about it. That is even after several calls between 8/14 and now. The rep:(Kyle) from the last time told me that it was to bad that I either pay the loan off or they will keep taking their money out every 2 weeks. Then made the remark that if I close out the account that they will turn it over to a collection agency and then just hung up. I'm contacting a lawyer to pursue it futher. To all out there WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS AND BE READY FOR NOTHING BUT RUDE PEOPLE WHEN AND IF YOU HAVE TO CALL THIS (Inappropriate Content Removed) HOLE PLACE.........
