I purchased the downloadable version of Microsoft Office 2010 (order number 47415) there are several problems: 1) After downloading the program twice which takes about two hours and trobule shooting another two hours , the 64 bit file is missing from the download even though the link for the website they emailed said this is 64bit, 2) When removing the defective software from my computer it erased other files, 3) Finally when I tried to activate the product key the company sent me Microsoft stated it was an invalid product key. 4. The price stated is $69.99 but my card was charged $70.00. Then I decided to research the company and found out they do this all the time scam people and take their money. That's when I decided to just file a complaint with BBB.
