The man said he would need to take over my computer. That was a mistake on my part! Then he wanted to charge me $399.00 to connect me to Microsoft Tech. I said senior on limited funds, so he then ask for $299.00, then 229.00, 100.00 and said that was as low as he could go. Now my computer runs even slower. I think it is a scam and would like my money back.
