I ordered a cell phone for a price that seemed too good to be true; it was. I gave all my credit card details over the internet, and waited for the order to process. The next day I receive and email that states: "Your order cannot be processed at the moment, because our credit card merchant account is currently not active, reason been we are currently upgrading our credit card checkout payment option against international credit card fraud payment. Alternatively, we can process your payment via Western Union Wired Payment. Please follow the instructions below". Nice try scammers. I've cancelled the card and will not be sending anything.
