I applied for a payday loan from another institution but opted against recieving funds the next thing I know I'm recieved $300 in my account which I did not authorize or know anything about. I Tried to send the money back but was unable. I refused to pay prompting them to file fraud charges against me. I am now settling out of court to pay $600.00 to avoid any further action.
