They took money ($29.95) from my checking account unauthorized. I had previously applied for their card services, but was informed by the website that I needed to pay $29.95 for it (which kind of made me suspicious, being the fact that it was "unsecured"-credit cards such as Capital One have secured credit cards & they ask for a fee upfront; this particular "card service" was NOT secured, but still asked for money upfront...hmmmm). I found out on September 2, 2011, that Horizon had taken $29.95 out of my checking account WITHOUT my authorization. I would like my money back immediately.
