I was sent an e-mail by T4TS which I clicked on then a rep visited me. I then signed up for a plumbing course which I later found out is/was a scam and T4TS are being investigated by a Governing body for this at present, meanwhile I ceased the payments as both T4TS and Hitachi finance would not cancel the said agreement.I never received a credit agreement from either T4TS or Hitachi.I was never given the right to cancel document,Also they stated in writing " It was handed to me at the point of enrolment".When I tackled them about this, they contradicted themselves and said that they had sent the Notice of Right to Cancel(which never arrived). Their final response to me was "you cannot cancel on the grounds that you were not given the Notice of Right Cancel". Trading Standards say they MUST give me a right to cancel document which miraculously Trading Standards was given by T4TS and a legible copy of the credit agreement nine or ten months later. Now Hitachi are pursuing this in court. I am attempting to apply for legal aid which is proving difficult which says to me , even the law protects the perpetrators of a scam.
IS THERE NO Justice in the world ?
