i ordered a nfl jersey without knowing the company was in china! i misatakenly ordered more than one and tried to stop the order which did not work.there was no tracking number that worked why i tried to locate it.when i received the items they were damaged. soiled and the stitching was already coming undone.now having a difficult time trying to get a refund.

I contacted my credit card company and explained what happened to dispute the transaction. For example, no contact number, no tracking number for the shipment, overcharge than what I agreed to pay, no response etc. My bank believed what I claimed, and they put my money right back to my account. Please do something, and don't be a vulnerable victim.
