International boundaries

I was foolish, and bought 2 deals at once. First is to Bali on the 16th of Nov and Phuket in March 2013. Bookings were confirmed since end of September, went down to their office to verify the booking confirmation vouchers and they said it is valid and will provide the e-tickets 14 days before the departure date as stated in their policy.

10 days in till I am suppose to travel on the 16th Nov to Bali, i still have not receive any word from them, thus I dropped them an email and even went up to their office to approach them personally. They assured that I'll be traveling on the respective date but a slight delay on the flight tickets. Waited till the 12th Nov (Mon, which is not even a PH in SG) to find out their office was closed. Called their emergency line, Jennifer Twang picked up saying all trips from the 10th - 19th Nov have been cancelled, and their agency will provide full refund for my cancelled trip to Bali.

To date (15th Nov) emails were not replied and calls were not answered on my cancellation and the details of my full refund.

I need my refund and I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with this people who doesn't even respect and keep to their own policy of work.
