wow i was freaking out they (faa) sent this offical looking letter saying it was all true and all i had to do was sing it then i read on....and they wanted 20.00 i told my dad this has got to be a scam and sure enough i looked it up on line and there it is SCAMBOOK.i knew it was to good to be true so if anyone recieves one of this letters listen to your gut it is a SCAM...
