THWY TRY TELLING YOU THAT THEY HAVE SENT YOUR ITEM OUT BY GIVING YOU FAKE DHL TRACKING NUMBERS AND THEN STATING THAT YOUR SO CALLED ITEM IS "LOT IN THE POST" THEY THEN CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU A REFUND, WHICH AFTER SPEAKING TO MY BANK IS ALSO UNTRUE!!
