Filled out a survey through beyond the rack was suppose to receive a trial sample and I guess you are to get back to them about the results or they well take money from your account, which they did and I am out the money. When I tried to reconcile the matter you just get the run around and they want to send you more product. They offer 25% of your money back and went all the way up to offering 40% back if you take more of their product.
